Villarica's owner and manager Jack Milbank, has been awarded one of the prestigious Nuffield Scholarships for 2006/7 kindly supported by the Sylvia and Charles Viertel Charitable Foundation, which involves 4 months of study around the world. Jack's study topic will be :

"Globally competitive horticultural production and processing with a net benefit on farm ecology and regional environment through recycled power generation".
